DIRECTIONS

Mindfulness Medicine Northwest is located at 18712 12th Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155, just a few blocks from the 175th St. exit of I-5.  Take exit 176, go East on 175th St, take a left on 10th Ave. NE, take a right on 188th St. and a right on 12th Ave NE.  We are the second to the last house at the end of the block on the left.
